Senior / IT Technical Recruiter

Grid Dynamics is looking for a (Senior) Technical Recruiter with extensive knowledge of the local market. We would like to strengthen our recruitment team with a proactive and result-oriented person, who easily connects with people and has a passion for finding the best talents. The hiring focus will be on technical roles of Middle and Senior level. You will be a part of an international recruitment team sharing common goals and values.ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle of recruitment process for technical positions;Active search of candidates using different sources and recruitment strategies;Provide regular updates to recruitment lead and hiring manager about the recruitment pipelines, market capacity, availability of candidates, salary ranges, etc;Create job descriptions, manage job posts and requisitions in our ATS;Work with hiring managers and interviewers to streamline the hiring process;Close cooperation with staffing team to identify hiring priorities and adjust recruitment efforts based on them;Keep data accuracy and timely update recruitment tool;Highlight issues/bottlenecks in the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and put it into action.RequirementsAt least 4 years of experience as technical recruiter on local IT market;Proven track record of hiring technical positions;Growing network and visible activity on Linkedin profile;Knowledge of local market specifics, competitors, salaries and market trends;High level of self-motivation and proactivity;Flexibility and multitasking;Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills;Willingness to dedicate time for self-education;Ability to work with ATS, recruitments tools and basic analytics;Nice to haveExperience working in a software consultancy or similar services business.We offerLong-term collaboration (B2B contract)Opportunity to work on bleeding-edge projectsWork with a highly motivated and dedicated teamCompetitive salaryFlexible scheduleAbout UsGrid Dynamics (NASDAQ: GDYN) is a leading provider of technology consulting, platform and product engineering, AI, and advanced analytics services.
