SummaryThe HR Administration & Operations Specialist supports day-to-day HR operational activities across Nobel Energy. The role ensures accurate HR documentation, smooth onboarding/offboarding processes, employee data management, and coordination of HR operational tasks. This position is ideal for an early-career HR professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced group of companies.Role DescriptionMaintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases in accordance with internal proceduresPrepare employment-related documents (contracts, addendums, job offers, internal memos, reference letters, etc.)Support the HR team in maintaining accurate data for HRIS / HR reporting dashboardsAssist with preparation of monthly HR operational reports and statisticsEnsure adherence to HR internal controls, audit requirements, and document retention standardsPrepare and file HR documents for audits, inspections, and internal reviewsCoordinate onboarding arrangements: document collection, orientation schedules, access requests, handover forms and etc.Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information at all timesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.1+ year of experience in HR administration/operations or internship experience in HR (advantage)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, VisioGood command of English, both written and spokenStrong interpersonal skills with good level of communication skills, must be proactive, innovative and show “Can do” attitudeTo be team player and has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional team📨 recruitment@nobelenergy.com
