Senior Leasing Manager - Fashion, Lifestyle & Specialty

Role OverviewThe Retail Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving leasing performance and achieving occupancy targets across assigned retail assets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in retail leasing, with a proven track record of securing deals with both local and regional retailers. Strong exposure to the F&B sector is highly preferred. The role requires someone with excellent negotiation skills, solid market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong tenant relationships. Experience with leading mall operators or developers is desirable. The selected candidate should have previously worked on challenging projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver results under pressure and contribute to the long-term success of the retail portfolio. Experience handling challenging or turnaround projects will be considered a key advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, negotiate, and close leasing deals across key retail assetsEvaluate tenant mix and collaborate with asset management and design teams to enhance asset performance and customer experienceManage lease renewals, proposals, and required documentation in alignment with business goalsSupport marketing campaigns and leasing strategies to attract new brands and categoriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with local and international retailers, F&B operators, and franchise partnersMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and brand performance to identify new leasing opportunitiesQualifications and Experience5+ years of experience in retail leasingStrong network within the retail and F&B sectorPrevious experience working with major mall operatorsProven success in leasing for challenging or new-to-market retail environmentsStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSaudi, fluent in Arabic & English is essential
