Senior Linux System Engineer

We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Linux System Engineer to join our UniQue CIET team, part of our Professional Services Department.This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot and resolve issues, automate routine tasks, and implement security best practices. You will collaborate with other IT professionals, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Key duties include monitoring system performance, applying patches and updates, managing user accounts and permissions, and maintaining backup and disaster recovery procedures.Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation!The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking concepts, scripting languages, and cloud environments. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced innovative environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes or tools like Ansible, Puppet is a plus.
