Senior Manager - Operational Excellence

We are committed to creating a workforce that is truly representative of all sections of society, and for each employee to feel supported, respected, and able to contribute their best.What will you do?Analyze client challenges, design and implement effective solutions to bring real-world value to clients.Engage and manage key stakeholders to ensure client’s expectations are fully met.Manage and enhance relationship with clients, with the objective of positioning the company as a trusted partner.Work with Principals in developing new business leads and opportunities to grow the business.Proactively identify issues and risks, examine alternatives, and pursue the optimal course of actions to minimize adverse impact and maximize project success.Lead and direct junior resources, and oversee the quality of the project delivery.Who are you?You have over 5 years of experience in management consulting with previous exposure to operation excellence.You are able to develop new business and to manage complex engagements from end to end.You demonstrate deep knowledge in relevant industries or subject matters and are able to leverage it externally.You have the ability to manage diverse and remote teams of consultants and guide them to achieve business and client objectives.You have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
