We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Procurement for our CDUP2040 (CDU911) project. In this critical role, you will oversee all procurement activities to ensure alignment with the project's objectives and deliverables.The Senior Manager - Procurement will play a vital role in optimizing procurement processes, developing strategic sourcing relationships, and ensuring that all purchasing activities meet quality, cost, and time parameters. You will collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to fulfill needs effectively while managing risks and compliance throughout the procurement lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies specific to the CDUP2040 project, ensuring alignment with corporate objectivesLead and manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and contractingEstablish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers, ensuring their performance meets the project's requirementsConduct comprehensive market analysis to identify best practices, pricing, and opportunities for cost optimizationImplement robust procurement policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational standardsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify project needs and establish procurement timelinesSupervise, mentor, and develop the procurement team to foster success and professional growthProvide regular updates and performance reports to senior management on procurement activities and project progressRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree is a plusAt least 10 years of experience in procurement, with significant experience in a managerial role within relevant industriesProven track record of executing successful procurement strategies for large-scale projectsExceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical capabilities, with experience in procurement analytics and reportingDemonstrated experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesKnowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, and best practices in the industry
