Position Title: Sr. Manager SalesRole OverviewThe role is responsible for leading and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. This role involves managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market expansion, and customer acquisition goals.Conduct competitor benchmarking to refine pricing, promotions, and service offerings.Utilize customer insights to enhance product offerings and improve customer experience.Monitor market trends, economic shifts, and regulatory changes to proactively adapt strategies. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective targets.Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and trade bodies. Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with airlines, hotels, and travel companies.Represent the airline at industry events to enhance brand visibility and secure new deals. Financial OversightCollaborate with revenue management to align sales strategies with pricing and yield objectives.Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with airport operations, marketing, customer service, and other departments to ensure consistent customer experiences.Provide input on marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
