The organization is dedicated to fostering innovation and excellence within the life sciences industries. About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Finance Manager / Project Finance Manager to support cross-border financial operations, project evaluation, asset injection activities, and investment strategies for a Frankfurt Stock Exchange–listed precision health group.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across Germany, Taiwan, and global subsidiaries, supporting major initiatives including capital-in-kind injection projects, M&A transactions, IFRS/German GAAP reporting, and group consolidation.📍 Location: Taipei, Taiwan or Munich, Germany 🏢 Frankfurt Stock Exchange–Listed Precision Health Group 🔍 Focus: Project Finance · M&A · Consolidation · Cross-Border InvestmentsKey ResponsibilitiesProject Finance & Investment AnalysisLead project evaluation for asset injection, licensing, acquisitions, and strategic investments.Build and maintain financial models (e.g., DCF, VC method, comparable analyses, scenario analysis).Conduct investment performance tracking and project-level financial monitoring.M&A & Due DiligenceSupport due diligence across financial, operational, and strategic areas.Perform risk assessment, valuation analyses, synergy evaluation, and post-merger integration planning.Group Reporting & ConsolidationCoordinate monthly and quarterly consolidation packages with subsidiaries.Ensure adherence to IFRS and German GAAP reporting standards.Support external audits across Europe and Asia.Cross-Border Financial OperationsSupport capital market activities, investor materials, and board presentations.Collaborate with finance, legal, BD, and technical teams across regions.Assist in the financial structuring of international transactions.Executive SupportPrepare presentations, investment memos, dashboards, and valuation summaries.Conduct industry research and provide insights for strategic decision-making.Support ad-hoc financial initiatives and other tasks assigned by supervisors.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.Professional certifications (preferred): CFA, CPA, ACCA.5–8 years of experience in project finance, M&A, corporate finance, audit, or financial reporting.Experience in listed companies, biotech/pharma healthcare, or cross-border operations is a plus.Strong knowledge of IFRS, German GAAP, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills (written & spoken), German language is a plus.Highly analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
