Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager in the Remedial Asset Management Department, based in Karachi. The Senior Manager will oversee the management and resolution of problematic or non-performing assets to minimize losses. Responsibilities include developing strategies for asset recovery, negotiating settlements, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with policies, and coordinating with legal or external agencies. The role also involves supervising a team and ensuring effective portfolio management to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in Remedial Asset Management, Asset Recovery, and Portfolio ManagementStrong skills in Negotiation, Risk Mitigation, and Compliance ManagementAbility in Team Leadership, Supervision, and Stakeholder CoordinationProficiency in Financial Analysis, Reporting, and Strategy DevelopmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSound knowledge of banking and regulatory frameworksBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldRelevant professional certifications or experience in a similar role would be an advantage
