Detailed Job Description Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring high-impact marketing and communication strategies for specialized healthcare programs and international collaborations. The role focuses on strategic branding, multi-channel campaigns, and stakeholder engagement to position the organization as a leader in advanced tertiary and pediatric care.Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution• Develop and implement annual marketing plans for priority clinical programs and specialty service lines. • Design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels to drive patient awareness and engagement. • Lead storytelling initiatives highlighting clinical excellence, innovation, and patient outcomes. • Coordinate campaign approvals, creative development, and media execution with corporate and external partners. • Track campaign KPIs—leads, reach, engagement, and conversions—and present performance insights to leadership. 2. Branding & Communications• Oversee branding initiatives for major projects, ensuring visual and message consistency across all touchpoints. • Manage the creation of marketing assets—brochures, videos, posters, and digital content—for internal and external use. • Support leadership communication, media interactions, and milestone announcements. • Ensure strict adherence to institutional brand and communication policies. 3. Stakeholder & Partnership Management• Act as the marketing liaison for assigned healthcare programs, coordinating across departments and partner institutions. • Collaborate with clinical, education, and strategy teams to promote specialized clinics, training programs, and events. • Manage relationships with creative agencies, vendors, and media partners for timely campaign execution. • Facilitate smooth coordination during visiting consultant programs, events, and cross-institutional activities. 4. Research, Analysis & Reporting• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign strategies. • Maintain marketing dashboards and generate regular performance reports for leadership review. • Evaluate patient and stakeholder feedback to refine marketing initiatives and enhance impact. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related healthcare field. • 8 –10 years of relevant experience in healthcare marketing or hospital communications, preferably within the UAE. • Proven experience in managing marketing and communications for Multi-specialty healthcare brands Key Skills • Strategic and integrated marketing planning • Healthcare communications and content development • Project and stakeholder management • Digital and social media campaign management • Analytical reporting and ROI tracking • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional coordination • Excellent written and verbal communication (English; Arabic preferred)
