Position: Marketing & Visual Merchandising ExecutiveIndustry: Luxury | F&B | Beauty & FragranceSalary: AED 10,000Location: DubaiKey Responsibilities:Visual Merchandising: Communication of the key information to the Supervisors, Visual Merchandisers, & Sales Team. Successful implementation of new campaigns / launches following the visual merchandising guidelines. Follow-up on the permits with retailers and Malls for the installations. Be responsible for the merchandising forecasts in coordination with all concerned.Animations: Trade marketing plan follow up and support on the implementation of the animations. New launches organization. Prepare complete reportsMarketing: Coordinate with the commercial team on the preparation and updating of assortment and discontinued items.Coordinate with the commercial team on the preparation and updating of assortment and discontinued items.Coordinate with the commercial team for monitoring the Novelties stock movements & transfers to key outlets Etc.Market follow-up: Market visit on a weekly basis. Competition follow up in the market.Requirements:Marketing Graduate with at least 3-5 years in Brand & Retail management preferable in luxury F&BThorough knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Excellent spoken and written English is essential.Execution of marketing activities on timely basis.Management skills & proactive approachAbility to delegate tasks and follow-up to ensure execution
