Senior Officer, IT Governance

Job summary:To support IT governance and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulations, and best practices, focusing on policy enforcement, audit readiness, and continuous IT control improvements.Responsibilities: Monitoring to ensure the effective implementation of the external law and regulations as well as internal policies.Conduct Infrastructure Security Reviews to ensure systems and network configurations align with organizational security standards.Perform Firewall Rules and Policy Reviews to verify proper access control, rule optimization, and compliance with security best practices.Carry out Datacenter Security Reviews covering physical and environmental security controls, access management, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Review High Privilege Activities Logs to monitor administrative actions, detect anomalies, and ensure accountability.Perform Data Backup Reviews to verify backup frequency, integrity, retention, and successful restoration testing.Conduct Security Awareness Training for employees, clients to promote cybersecurity best practices, reduce human-related risks, and enhance overall security culture.Work closely with relevant stakeholders especially IT, Operational Risk, Compliance, and IT Audit team.Other task assign by line managerRequirement: 1-2 years' experience in information technology, IT security or IT audit role.High commitment and good verbal and written communication both Khmer and English.Be able to work under pressure.Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.Knowledge in computer science and banking sector.Good understanding of Infrastructure security and Information Security concept.Good verbal and written communication both Khmer and English
