Our team is passionate, diverse, and forward-thinking, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating between production, sales, and dealerships to ensure seamless operations, accurate forecasting, and timely order fulfillment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business planning and maintain alignment between production capacity and market demand. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and coordinating dealers’ orders with direct managers. Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of output targets. Track and report planned vs. actual production, communicating any delays to dealerships. Coordinate with sales teams to evaluate inventory status, production capacity, and allocation. Support in forecasting sales, production, and inventory for CBU and SKD units across Japanese and KSA markets, considering regulations and capacity limits. Contribute to analyzing pricing strategies for the KSA market in collaboration with dealerships. Maintain updated production and sales records in line with company requirements. Calculate monthly sales forecasts based on production, shipment, and payment data. Track and monitor local factory inventory levels and prepare monthly sales and order reports. Manage documentation, including agreements, contracts, and reports, ensuring easy retrieval and accuracy. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and dealerships as needed. What We Are Looking For: Educational certificate in a related field. 3–7 years of experience in sales coordination, production planning, or related roles preferably in the automotive industry. Fluency in English. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and ERP systems. Background in sales forecasting or inventory management is a plus.A Why Join Us?
