Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:Prepare Detailed Project Baseline Package/Programme in accordance with Approved Planning Process and Procedures ManualPrepare Manpower and Equipment Schedules in close collaboration with Project Control Manager/ Project ManagerUpdate and Monitor the Project Progress and Productivity rates against the Approved Baseline ProgrammerReview Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports for the ProjectReview KPI Sheets form Project Programme and update them on daily basisReview daily Progress Drawing for the project in collaboration with survey / Drafting DepartmentPrepare project risks related to scheduling and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential delaysPrepare Monthly Meeting Presentations and various documents/calculations for planning purposesProvide analysis and recommendations as to corrective action based upon planning dataEnsure that project planning, monitoring controls high calibre level in order to meet the set targets in terms of project schedules, optimum productivity & efficiencyLiaising with project them members in gathering data in support of the planning processQualifications/Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a related discipline, or equivalentHands on experience in P6 Primavera softwareMinimum 08 years of experience in project planning, monitoring and production control, in related industriesPreferably with experience in dredging and civil marine projects
