Senior PM Charles River

MTM Partners is an independent management consulting firm based in Luxembourg.We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the upgrade of the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS) for a major investment-management organisation. The role will oversee a complex front-to-back program involving Front Office, Compliance, Risk, Operations, IT and multiple integration partners.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will mostly be based in London.Lead and deliver the complete CRIMS upgrade, from scoping and planning to execution, testing, migration and go-live.Coordinate with internal IT teams, CRIMS specialists, market-data providers and upstream/downstream system owners.Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis across portfolio management, trading, pre-trade compliance, middle office and operations.Oversee environment setup, configuration reviews, workflow optimisation, regression/UAT test cycles and cutover readiness.Implement structured governance: RAID logs, SteerCo reporting, KPIs, budget tracking and vendor management.Ensure full alignment with SDLC best practices and maintain complete project documentation.Drive change-management activities, including training, communication, adoption support and post-go-live stabilisation.Required/Preferred SkillsStrong expertise in Charles River IMS (CRD) – priority requirement.Solid understanding of trading workflows, portfolio modelling, FIX connectivity, and pre-trade compliance.Proficiency with Azure DevOps and JIRA for backlog management, sprint planning, test management, and release coordination.Strong grasp of SDLC (waterfall, agile, or hybrid), release cycles, and controlled deployment processes.Proven experience delivering large-scale system upgrades or implementations in asset-management or investment-management environments.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.Profile8+ years’ project-management experience in financial services, ideally in asset management or capital markets.Strong ability to manage complexity, negotiate priorities, and interact with Front Office, Operations, IT, and senior leadership.If you are in interested and your profile matches this description, please send your CV to jobs@mtmpartners.lu
