You'll need:A solid understanding of public policy and how government worksProven experience leading complex policy projectsIdeally 5 years in policy analysis and developmentStrong planning, coaching, and analytical skillsAbility to turn complex information into clear, actionable insightsQuick to spot critical issues and offer practical solutionsSkilled in producing high-quality, accurate written reportsWe understand transferable skills can come from experience gained from outside of work.
