Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Requirement GatheringEngage directly with clients to gather all necessary information for RFPs/RFQs, ensuring full understanding of scope, requirements, and expectations.Participate in client meetings, address technical queries, and adjust proposals based on client feedback or evolving requirements.Understand client business and technical requirements and prepare Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations when needed.Solution Design & Proposal DevelopmentDesign customer-specific technical and functional solutions based on the client’s requirements.Draft, coordinate, and drive the completion of proposals in partnership with Sales and relevant corporate departments.Prepare comprehensive proposal packages, including technical and functional requirements, costing, pricing estimates, and timelines.Lead the preparation and review of detailed technical proposals to ensure completeness and alignment with client needs.Oversee the technical feasibility analysis of RFPs/RFQs and define a plan for timely and accurate requirement gathering.Costing, Sizing & PricingDevelop preliminary cost models based on client scope and required resources.Collaborate with Portfolio Management to obtain sizing details such as effort estimates, resource allocation, and timelines.Finalize full proposal cost structures, pricing, and solution designs based on validated sizing inputs.Manage deal sheets across multiple business units and maintain accurate costing processes.Internal Collaboration & Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with Sales to build business cases and support in preparing related RFPs when needed.Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Business Units, and other stakeholders to gather technical inputs and ensure proposal accuracy.Interface with specialized teams to acquire deeper technical insights when required for complex proposals.Ensure timely submission of proposals to Bid Management in alignment with organizational processes.Submission & ComplianceLead the submission of proposals on procurement platforms for government and enterprise clients (e.g., Etimad).Ensure strict adherence to presales processes and maintain consistency and quality across all proposal submissions.Ensure all proposals fully meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.Handover & Post-Proposal SupportSupport project handover to delivery teams once contracts are awarded, ensuring clarity of scope, requirements, and agreed solution design.Participate in client presentations to showcase company products and services, emphasizing value and differentiation.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.Strong technical background with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.6 Years experience minimum
