Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) Product Analyst/ Promotion Planning Manager (PPM)Hybrid role in Atlanta GADoes NOT offer sponsorship or C2C now or in the future!The Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) Product Analyst will be responsible for understanding and aligning North America trade promotion business inputs, processes, and planning scenarios with the processes and outputs of the current TPO software. This role serves as a key link between business stakeholders (typically within the Revenue Growth Management group) and the broader TPO team, ensuring that all promotion planning scenarios are well-defined, executable, and clearly understood. The TPO Product Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to align processes, features, and outcomes that support trade promotion planning and execution.Responsibilities• Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with designated business stakeholders to ensure product requirements align with promotion planning needs. Facilitate clear communication between business leaders, technology teams, and end users to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.• Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and validate new business requirements from stakeholders across North America entities.• Data Analysis: Analyze complex promotion optimization datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive better decision-making.• Process Improvement: Research, evaluate, and recommend changes to business processes, systems, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.• Testing, Training & Implementation Support: Support testing, implementation, and training of TPO solutions to ensure they meet business objectives and user expectations.• Change Management: Act as a proactive change agent, guiding teams and stakeholders through new process and system implementations.What You Will Learn• Exposure to leading Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies and processes.• Experience with large-scale applications that leverage advanced machine learning models, optimizers, and Generative AI technology.• Collaboration with industry-leading providers of RGM and trade optimization solutions.• Insight into end-to-end North American business and trade promotion operations.What Makes You a Good Fito Experience working in the RGM function with responsibility for optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of trade promotions is a plus.o 4+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) or a related field (CPG, FMCG, retail).• Promotion Planning Expertise: Proven experience managing the development and execution of trade promotions, preferably within the CPG industry.• Analytical and Business Acumen: Strong background in business analytics, preferably in a promotion planning function. Ability to interpret machine learning and optimization outputs and clearly communicate and explain insights to diverse stakeholders such as RGM teams, key accounts, and IT leaders.• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in business planning or project management are a plus.• Experience with TPO Tools or Platforms.• Experience with Machine Learning, Optimization Algorithms, or Predictive Analytics in the context of trade promotion.
