Senior Product Designer

Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead end-to-end design project, from concept to launch, within a dynamic, fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong product design expertise with leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills in English, and a deep understanding of business and user experience principles.Key Responsibilities:Lead UX/UI design projects from discovery to delivery. Create user-centered designs across web and mobile products. Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals. Build and maintain design systems ensuring consistency and scalability. Present design concepts, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on feedback. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient time management. Participate in branding initiatives, workshops, and client meetings. Mentor junior designers when required. Requirements:7–10 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design. At least 2 years in a leadership or project lead role. Proven experience designing digital products for agencies or startups (experience with Silicon Valley clients is a plus). Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with front-end development and design systems (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus). English level: C1 (advanced) for written and verbal communication. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise and product thinking. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under deadlines. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. About the Position: Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CST Time Zone). Full-time, 100% remote.
