Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for platform services that support the growth of the company ecosystem and its external partners. You will identify market opportunities, define product direction, and deliver innovative solutions that shape the future of the organization.Salary Range: 15M–21M JPY annuallyKey ResponsibilitiesDrive product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmapDefine requirements and lead the full product lifecycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentImprove product performance using data and user insightsEnsure great UX and continuous product enhancementRequirements5+ years in strategic or IT consultingStrong experience in market & competitor analysisDeep understanding of IT / internet business modelsExcellent stakeholder communication and alignment skillsHigh ownership, execution ability, and problem-solving mindsetNice to HaveExperience with SaaS, PaaS, or API-based platformsAgile / Product Owner experienceSkills in SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics
