Translate business needs and strategy into a clear product backlog. Prioritize features and requirements based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, UX and other collaborators to deliver high-quality product increments. Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs and feedback are reflected in product decisions. Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews to support agile delivery. Demo product capabilities and educate teams and customers on its value. Develop system expertise and educate collaborators inside and outside the organization. Monitor product performance, adoption, and benchmarks; prioritize accordingly. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Proven capability to manage complex products or platforms involving various collaborators. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Willing to travel 5-10%.
