Job Description

1. Basic Responsibilities:Plan and follow up on all production stages, ensuring the availability of materials and smooth workflow to meet the required quality, cost, and efficiency standards.2. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:2.1 Main Tasks:Pre-Production Planning & Coordination:Receive technical information (Style Sheet) and initiate production planning for new samples.Follow up on sample preparation before production approval from the Production Planning Manager.Coordinate with the Technical Office to finalize model specifications and production details.Ensure pricing is obtained from multiple factories to secure the best production cost.Material Planning & Bill of Materials (BOM):Define the BOM for each model, ensuring accurate material allocation.Issue production orders for both internal and external factories.Coordinate with Material Planning and Warehouses to secure raw materials for production.Production Monitoring & Execution:Track production across all stages: Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Sewing, Washing, Dyeing, and Packing.Ensure daily WIP (Work in Progress) reporting to update production status.Conduct pre-production sample reviews in collaboration with the Technical Office.Ensure smooth handover of materials and components between production stages.Financial & Costing Support:Provide necessary data to Finance for accurate cost calculations (e.g., printing, embroidery, and dyeing costs).Prepare final reports indicating material usage and cost variances.Factory Visits & Process Evaluation:Conduct periodic visits to external and internal factories to assess production efficiency.Identify and report bottlenecks, production delays, or quality concerns.Suggest process improvements to reduce lead times and enhance efficiency.
