As part of our team, you’ll work in a dynamic and multicultural environment that embraces open communication, collaboration and teamwork.If you’re ready to take responsibility and shape the future of telco infrastructure with us, then let’s level up in your career and reach the top – together.Your ContributionReports to: Head of Energy ManagementRole Purpose: To drive the implementation of energy programs across all Vantage Towers markets.Project leadership for specific projects throughout the project lifecycle, accountable for quality and on-time/in-budget execution and outcome deliveryDefine the program structure, set objectives, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified with metricsProject team leadership, including coordinating, leading, and supporting internal and external project teams in an agile setupSenior content expertise in energy projects and energy management, including power supply connections and energy billing managementDevelop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility to milestones and performance across all projectsCreate, communicate, and manage budgets for projectsDevelop and share best practice insights with the local TowerCos for energy programsWhat makes you stand out:University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar fieldAt least 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in energy management, telecommunications, property management, or the infrastructure sectorVery good knowledge of spoken and written English (at least C1 level).Extensive experience in program management and implementation of energy projectsStrong stakeholder and conflict management skillsStrong analytical thinking, risk management, and a can-do approachWhat's in it for you:Attractive salary and bonus planPrivate medical insurance, including dependentsMobile plan with unlimited talk time and dataFood cardParking slotFlexible working arrangements, actively supporting care for family memb
