The successful candidate will be based in our Hua Hin headquarters and will receive full work permit sponsorship.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degreeTeaching experience (a plus but not required)Proven management or leadership experience in education, volunteering, or related programsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to mentor teams and oversee operations across multiple countriesWillingness to travel occasionally within the regionProficient with Microsoft Office and CRM toolsKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all program staff across Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and VietnamOversee program systems, documentation, procedures, and performanceEnsure accuracy and consistency of program materialsManage pre and post arrival communication with participantsDirect Oversight of Thailand ProgramsIncludes but is not limited to:Teach Thailand Placement Program PlusTESOL Programs and TESOL + PlacementVolunteer ProgramsInternship ProgramOrientation WeeksCamp, Summer, Undergrad, and Yoga ProgramsTeam ManagementMentor, support, and train staffEnsure smooth operations, planning, and problem solvingOversee onboarding and performance expectationsAdditional ProjectsUpdate and improve procedures and documentsSupport special projects and regional assignments as needed To apply, please send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your teaching and leadership experience to m.volpe@xploreasia.org.
