The position requires a Chartered Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of experience, capable of managing project budgets, timelines, compliance, and teams. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders and ensuring that all work is carried out in line with safety, quality, and contractual standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for driving project success from start to finish.Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil construction projects in compliance with safety, quality, and timeline targets.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Monitor project budgets, resources, and progress through structured project controls and reporting.Ensure strict adherence to contract requirements, legal regulations, and quality standards.Proactively resolve project issues and mitigate risks.Provide leadership to site teams and foster a culture of performance, safety, and accountability.Qualifications B.Sc in Civil Engineering with the Chartered qualification. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale civil construction projects (infrastructure/buildings).Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration (FIDIC/SBD2), and project management tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.PMP qualification will be an added advantage.
