Our commitment to employee wellness and engagement has earned us recognition as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager – ERP Implementation is accountable for the effective and successful execution of various cross- functional initiatives as identified by the leadership team. The Senior Project Manager will plan, budget, identify the scope and deliverables of the project, document the times lines, manage and engage the necessary resources and stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities Partner with Project Sponsors to develop clear, outcome-driven Project Charters (SMART goals, scope, deliverables).Lead complex, cross-functional ERP implementation projects from initiation through post-launch.Define and manage project scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies. Serve as the key liaison among IT, business units, external vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment.Oversee cross-departmental collaboration with Finance, Operations, Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, HR and IT for seamless ERP adoption.Drive organizational change management to support ERP deployment and long-term sustainability.Monitor project performance, manage issues, and adapt plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Deliver executive-level reporting on status, KPIs, risks, and post-implementation outcomes.Apply deep ERP and business process knowledge to align technology solutions with enterprise goals.Mentor project teams and business leaders in project governance and execution best practicesIdeal QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience leading ERP implementations in supply chain, operations, distribution departmentsProject Management qualification (PMP) or equivalentExperience in process redesign, system integration, and business transformation projects.Knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change managementProficient in project management software toolsAdvanced time management and analytical skillsExcellent decision-making and leadership capabilitiesStrong communication skillsHighly collaborative and adaptableCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONSStandard office settingWork in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and changing prioritiesHybrid work environment (Minimum of 4 days onsite)
