Whether in the field or at the office, PSI empowers employees to take ownership, strive for excellence, and grow with purpose.What You’ll DoAs a Construction Senior Project Manager, based out of our Canton, GA headquarters, for our Retail Division, you’ll take ownership of complex commercial remodels, buildouts, and ground-up projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, guide financial performance, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver projects that meet or exceed expectations—on schedule, on budget, and with project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, Fieldwire, Building ConnectedAssess and make data-driven decisions quicklyBudgeting And Financial ManagementOwn the project budget from pre-construction to project closeoutCreate, track, and manage budgets while adhering to financial constraintsManage estimates, cost controls, change orders, billing, cash flow, and gross margin performanceImplement cost-saving strategies while maintaining qualityPrepare, present, and defend financial reportsProficient in PSI’s financial systems (Acumatica JobView, Velixo)Labor Management, Timekeeping, And PerformanceAlign workforce levels with project needs and track labor timekeeping efficientlyOversee daily reporting and ensure accuracyCoach and audit Superintendents and Foremen on performance expectationsConduct performance evaluations and provide feedbackRisk ManagementProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and financial lossesMaintain familiarity with contract requirements to reduce liabilities and hold all parties accountable to the terms of the contractDevelop contingency plans for potential budget overruns or schedule delaysCommunication And Stakeholder EngagementMaintain clear and professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsPresent financial and project updates to stakeholdersDraft contracts, proposals, and progress reportsConduct progress meetings to ensure alignmentConstruction Knowledge And MaterialsApply technical construction knowledge to sequencing, supplier coordination, and material sourcingOversee supplier negotiations and ensure compliance with specifications and regulationsFamiliar with construction-specific software for estimation and budgetingSafety And Quality final financials.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience managing full lifecycle commercial construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communicationProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift, carry, and position objects up to 15 poundsWillingness to travel up to 25% as neededPreferred QualificationsSuccess managing retail construction programs, leading a combination of teams and projects concurrently.Strong knowledge of full-scope construction workflows, scheduling, and coordinationProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Fieldwire)Familiarity with PSI’s financial systems (Acumatica
