Your Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of global innovations projects for our Ambient Branded portfolio.Shape project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, risks, and timelines from exploration to post-launch phases.Apply Agile methodology and design thinking in the fuzzy front end to translate ideas into structured project plans.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across R&D, Packaging, Marketing, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain.Facilitate project meetings, sprints, decision forums, and senior stakeholder steering committees.Build robust business cases by integrating technical, commercial, and consumer insights.Ensure projects follow stage-gate processes and comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, KPIs, and financial tracking.Drive continuous improvement in project governance and innovation processes.Why Choose Us? About You: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, R&D or related fieldAt least 4 years of project management experience in FMCG or consumer goodsMinimum 3 years applying Agile methods outside IT/softwareExperience in innovation project management (ideally food/FMCG) in a multinational settingCertified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, Agile PM, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or above)Strong communication, advisory, and stakeholder skillsTechnical, analytical, and IT-savvy (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CAPE, AI tools)Ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguityStructured, resilient, proactive, and collaborativeWilling to work onsite 4 days a week (1 day flexible)About Us:Thai Union Group Public Company Limited (‘TU’), listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, is the world’s trusted seafood leader.
