You are excellent in working with cross-border team members and possess the soft skills necessary to thrive while functioning within a team. We are committed to keeping all our people trained and skilled to offer our team a pathway for personal development, as well as for the purpose of delivering the latest insights of product and market developments to our clients.   What will you do? Your responsibilities: Project Delivery Budget & Resource Management Team Coordination and Leadership Stakeholder Management Risk & Issue Management Process Improvement Reporting   Your daily tasks Lead our client-facing projects, from planning to delivery. Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. Provide regular updates on project status, KPIs, and performance metrics to management and stakeholders. Manage and coordinate internal teams, holding everyone to the highest of standards and promote accountability. Identify potential risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies. Intensive cooperation with internal stakeholders and (client) team members. Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Devops, Waterfall), and tools. Roll out the delivery model to all parts of the organization. Translate your vision into concrete goals for client delivery teams and development teams.  Who are we?  LeadingMile is a leading and dynamic management consulting firm that specializes in the alternative investments industry.
