Senior Project Manager – Healthcare ConstructionLocation: Los Angeles, CA**About the Role: A leading Southern California contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with healthcare experience to oversee complex OSHPD/HCAI-regulated projects, including renovations, expansions, and ground-up medical facilities. This individual will lead the project team from preconstruction through closeout and serve as the primary point of contact for hospital administrators and design partners.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, including OSHPD/HCAI compliance.Oversee budgets, cost controls, schedules, procurement, subcontractor agreements, and owner communications.Lead OAC meetings and coordinate with design teams, inspectors, and hospital facilities personnel.Approve RFIs, submittals, and change orders; ensure timely and accurate documentation.Monitor construction progress and proactively identify issues, risks, and mitigation strategies.Drive project quality, safety, and infection control procedures.Qualifications:10–15+ years of project management experience, with significant healthcare/OSHPD/HCAI project history.Strong financial management and reporting skills.Ability to manage team performance and mentor junior project staff.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Experience with Procore, CMiC, or similar project management platforms.
