Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Manager located in Pasadena, CA. The Senior Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with property laws and regulations. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, coordinating vendor services, implementing strategies to maximize NOI, and conducting regular property inspections. The role also involves preparing financial reports, enforcing lease agreements, and spearheading initiatives for enhanced asset performance. Qualifications Proven experience in property management, tenant relations, and lease administrationStrong organizational, budgeting, and financial reporting skillsKnowledge of property laws, regulations, and compliance standardsExpertise in supervising teams, coordinating vendor services, and conducting property inspectionsProficiency in property management software and other relevant toolsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredCalifornia Real Estate license (or willingness to obtain) is advantageous
