With a proven track record of successful partnerships with top companies, we have rapidly grown our presence in the USA, Europe, and Sweden as a dependable and trusted resource within the IT industry. We are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.What you will work on:Manage and develop the property portfolio to ensure optimal and efficient use of premisesLead and coordinate property-related projects and initiatives in close collaboration with internal stakeholdersHandle rental matters, negotiate and manage contracts, and ensure compliance with rental regulationsAct as a key contact for tenants, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and high service qualityDrive improvements in processes, routines, and operational efficiency within property managementSupport strategic planning and contribute to long-term property development aligned with business needsOversee documentation, reporting, and administrative activities related to property operationsWhat you bring:Solid experience in property management, preferably within industrial, technical, or large corporate environmentsStrong knowledge of rental law, contract management, and property-related project managementProven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive processes from start to finishExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsRelevant education in property management, technology, law, or an equivalent fieldA structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality resultsFluent in English and Swedish.
