Job DescriptionCoordinate all aspects of the company’s real estate and facilities, including property acquisition, asset management, facility maintenance, and relationships with property owners and vendors. This strategic role ensures operational efficiency, legal compliance, workplace safety, and alignment with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate ManagementManage the portfolio of owned and leased propertiesEnsure compliance with local and national property regulationsFacilities Management & HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)Oversee facility operations including building maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systemsDevelop preventive maintenance plans and facility repair schedulesEnsure facilities support productivity and workplace safetyManage renovation and construction projectsEnsure all facilities comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulationsConduct regular HSE audits and follow up on findings for continuous improvementCoordinate with corporate HSE teams and external regulators to ensure complianceLeadership and Team DevelopmentLead the facilities team, including, technicians, and administrative staffFoster a collaborative and results-oriented work cultureVendor and Contract ManagementDraft and manage contracts with external vendors for cleaning, security, maintenance, and other servicesEvaluate vendor performance and ensure SLA complianceBudget Planning and ReportingHelp to prepare and manage budgets for facility and real estate operationsConduct cost analysis and operational efficiency reviewsCross-Department CollaborationCollaborate with program, finance, legal, and HR teams to meet facility and property needsSupport strategic company initiatives through optimal workspace managementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Facility Management, or Business AdministrationMinimum 5 years of experience in real estate and facilitiesDeep understanding of property law, project management, and facility strategyStrong communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)About NIQNIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
