Warehouse Mitra Performance & Analytics Supervisor

Job Description: - Perform final checks on all incentive, deduction, and referral calculations.- Ensure calculations is accurate and meet deadlines.- Give final approval before sharing data with stakeholders.- Review Associate’s reports for accuracy and consistency.- Develop insights and key highlights from monitoring results.- Compile executive summaries for weekly cadences.- Oversee dashboard development and maintenance.- Ensure dashboards are relevant, accurate, and up to date.- Identify areas for reporting/dashboard improvement.- Double-check and ensure the data cleansing process is done correctly- Double-check and ensure the database are up to date and organized- Double-check the numbers and formulas to ensure accuracy.- Lead weekly cadence meetings with Ops & Internal MM.- Act as main PIC for communication on BSC issues, data needs, and improvement projects.- Bridge stakeholder needs to Associate tasks.- Work closely with product regarding HRIS improvement- Initiate improvement ideas related to HRIS or process automation.- Guide associates in implementing improvements.- Ensure processes become more efficient over time.- Delegate daily/monthly tasks to Associates.- Coach and mentor Associates in technical skills and professional development.- Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables from the team.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.3–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, or performance monitoring.Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills; experienced in data validation, reporting, and dashboard management.Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (Ops, HR, Product, Finance).Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and leadership skills; able to coach and guide associates.Experience with HRIS systems or process automation is a plus.
