You will be looking for exceptional candidates in a niche market, helping to hire the next generation of consultants who will drive reforms in health and education systems and create meaningful change in low- and middle-income countries worldwide. Our recruitment team is dedicated to high-quality hiring, and you will play a key role in attracting talent to a company where real impact is made.As a Senior Recruiter, you will not only manage end-to-end recruitment but also build strategic partnerships with hiring managers, help refine and improve recruitment processes, and mentor new colleagues.Tasks and responsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment, including position kickoffs, job advertisements, active sourcing, competency-based interviewing, coordination, and the offer phase.Deliver high-quality hires within reasonable timeframes, maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.Drive recruitment across diverse global markets, including Afghanistan, Chad, the DRC, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Nigeria, Pakistan, the UAE, and Switzerland.Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, developing effective strategies to attract and secure top-tier talent in challenging markets.Mentor and support newly onboarded or junior recruiters, sharing expertise and best practices.Proactively refine recruitment processes and contribute new, implementable ideas for improvement.Lead recruitment-related projects in addition to business-as-usual hiring activities.Provide accurate and timely reporting, maintaining up-to-date records and sharing daily/weekly updates with team leads and hiring managers.We are looking forBachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, HR, or a related field.Due to legal and compliance requirements, this position is open only to EU citizens.Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including competency-based interviewing.Strong track record filling senior or hard-to-hire roles across EMEA/global markets.Excellent English (written and spoken); French or Portuguese a plus.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.Experience mentoring junior colleagues; project leadership experience is an advantage.Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient; able to work independently and manage competing priorities.Growth mindset with openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new tools and methods.Commitment to high-quality hiring and outstanding candidate experience.What’s in it for you?
