Senior Reporting & BI Engineer

Position Overview:We are seeking a talented Reporting/BI Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of financial reporting and business intelligence at T2P. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust reporting solutions and BI dashboards to empower our internal teams and clients with actionable insights and data-driven decision-making capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions that drive strategic initiatives and business growth.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting objectives, KPIs, and metrics aligned with business goals.Design and develop scalable and user-friendly BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase or Looker.Perform adhoc data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business outcomes.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing data validation checks and quality assurance processes.Proactively monitor and troubleshoot reporting issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to enhance performance and reliability.Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in reporting and BI technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to provide training and support on reporting tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.3+ years experiencesProven experience as a Reporting/BI Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience in designing and building BI dashboards and reports.Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Prior experience in the fintech industry or related domains is a plus.Skill and knowledge :BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
