ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and sustained business growth.Conduct comprehensive client needs analysis to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality sales leads across digital platforms, industry networks, and referrals.Deliver persuasive product and service presentations to potential and existing clients, highlighting value and ROI.Lead negotiations and manage high-value contracts to consistently achieve and surpass individual sales targets.Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to support integrated sales and go-to-market strategies.Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pipeline management to deal closure and post-sale client support.Stay current on financial industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape within the risk and compliance domain.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; MBA is an advantage.3–5 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within financial technology, legal, or oil & gas sectors.Proven success in meeting or exceeding individual sales targets in fast-paced, competitive markets.Fluency in Arabic and English with strong communication and presentation skills for C-level engagements.Expertise in delivering tailored product demonstrations and value-driven sales pitches.Familiarity with modern technology solutions, including software applications, AI tools, and enterprise systems.Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.Highly motivated and strategic thinker passionate about driving growth and building long-term client partnerships.
