Role DescriptionOnly sales representative with real estate and developer experience in UAE.This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Dubai/ RAK. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role includes developing sales strategies, conducting market research, making sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred).Fluency in English is required.Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Chinese, Italian, Russian, or German (preferred).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong network and understanding of the UAE property market.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
