Committed to sustainability and growth, BSE strives to play a pivotal role in securing the nation's food supply.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia, for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying and cultivating client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.QualificationsStrong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account ManagementProficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-BuildingExperience in Market Research and Strategic PlanningKnowledge of the agriculture or agribusiness sector is advantageousProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsDemonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFluency in Mandarin (Compulsory) ,English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
