Senior SAP Consultant

TMG ERP Team is seeking an experienced and proactive SAP REFX Team Member to oversee the implementation on enhancement project, support BAU, and continuous improvement of SAP Real Estate (REFX) solutions on SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will be a Team member of TMG IT Team: SAP Real Estate Module and analysts, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and operational excellence across real estate functions.Key Responsibilities:Be the member of TMG SAP REFX team in delivering end-to-end solutions for real estate management, including contract management in various commercial terms for leasing & foods business, lease accounting, asset management, inbound & outbound interface with other applications e.g. POS, Standard SAP RE & Customize BW/BI Reports and integration with FI/CO.Manage project/incident/CR timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication for SAP REFX initiatives.Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful deployment and adoption.Oversee system configuration, testing, documentation, and training activities.Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 and other relevant accounting standards.Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or enhancements.Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for team members.Coordinate with external vendors and SAP support for issue resolution and upgrades.Stay current with SAP innovations and recommend strategic improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP REFX, SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SDUnderstanding of SAP REFX modules including lease-in, lease-out, and integration with FI/CO.Experience with IFRS 16 compliance and real estate financial reporting.Knowledge of real estate operations and property management best practicesSAP certification in REFX or related modules is a plus.Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Work Location: The Mall Head Office (Ramkhamhaeng)
