We're collaborative, action-oriented, and we practice what we preach. Your Opportunity: As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the organic social strategy and operations for Meta (Instagram + Facebook) NL/DE, TikTok NL/DE, and LinkedIn NL. You will also deliver consistent publishing, community management, and tight campaign execution that drives brand visibility, engagement, and B2C/B2B results.Your Responsibilities: Channel strategy & calendar: Define content pillars, target audiences, cadences, and a test-and-learn loop per channel; align with sales windows, inventory/timers, email, and product drops.Channel ownership & publishing ops (managerial scope): Planning, copy, QA, publishing, and community management (DMs/comments), incl. NL/DE localization.Creator/UGC & DDU: Maintain a fixed daily approval slot (NL/DE); source, brief, and QA creators; Designer delivers visuals/edits. Website (Shopify) publishing: Publish banners/timers/promotions using Designer-provided assets; timing aligned with social go-lives. Insights & governance: Trend/competitor listening, propose experiments, simple weekly reporting; uphold brand guidelines, UTM hygiene, moderation rules, and escalation paths.LinkedIn (B2B) ownership: Plan and publish B2B-focused content; align with Sales/Partnerships; activate employee advocacy.Campaign orchestration: Own go-live plans and timelines (sales, product drops, email, timers); keep Growth, CX, Ops, and Sales aligned.Your skills:Social strategist & operator: Multi-channel ownership (Meta IG/FB, TikTok, LinkedIn) and strong planning/stakeholder skills. Proven LinkedIn/B2B experience: Organic, thought leadership, case content.Strong marketing instinct: Excellent copywriting and community management skills.Fluent Dutch: German is a plus. Data-literate (clear weekly reporting, translating insights to actions): basic Shopify/CMS skills for publishing. Experienced in creator briefing: Managing collaborative workflows with designers.What we offer:Competitive compensation package: Annual salary plus performance bonus.Remote flexibility: Design your workday and work environment for maximum impact.Best-in-class enablement: Tools, robust templates, and dedicated support to accelerate your impact.Purpose with real-world impact: Help scale the Moovvment across the Netherlands and Germany and contribute to a healthier, fitter society.Live our mission: Your personal Moovv walking treadmill to seamlessly integrate movement into your workday.
