Senior Software Implementation Specialist

ObjectiveJob DescriptionResponsible for working with clients to understand their business requirements and processes, support in the deployment and environment-related activities.ResponsibilitiesDeploying, configuring, and tuning the software in the intended environment. Testing the system and ensuring that every part of the system functions properly.Understanding the client's infrastructure and Ensuring the delivery of their requirements.Guiding clients on best practices and industry standards in their area of expertise.Working closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions are properly implemented and integrated with other systems.Reporting any issues to the support team and fix the issues that happen during the implementation.Foreseeing the deployment of products onto the client environment and successful delivery.Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the solutions during acceptance testing.Periodically report project status to Tech lead/ principal.RequirementsBachelor of Computer Sciences or any relevant fields.5-7 years of experience.Proficiency in testing, SSL security, and certificate management reading logs.Proficiency in handling different operating systems (Windows, Linux).Proficiency in application server management and configuration, application deployment.Proficiency in database and SQL (Oracle and MSSQL).Proficiency in incident troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good understanding of project management processes is a plus.Proficiency in OpenShift and Kubernetes, microservices, and containerized architecture are a plus.Proficiency in applications servers (Websphere, Apache Tomcat,..etc ) are a plus.Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.BenefitsUSD Salaries: Earn a competitive salary in USD, with growth tied directly to your performance and impact.
