Solution Architecture & Design • Lead end-to-end design of technical solutions that meet business, functional, and non-functional requirements. • Develop architecture blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation aligned with industry best practices. • Evaluate technology options and propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance and scalability.2. Stakeholder Engagement • Partner with business units to understand requirements and translate them into high-level and detailed technical solutions. • Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Act as the main liaison between business teams, development teams, and third-party vendors.3. Technical Leadership • Guide development teams in implementing architectural designs and standards. • Review technical designs, code quality, and integration approaches to ensure alignment with architecture. • Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior engineers and analysts.4. Governance & Compliance • Ensure all solutions follow security standards, compliance guidelines, and governance frameworks. • Maintain up-to-date documentation, ensuring clarity and traceability across project phases. • Support audits, risk assessments, and architecture reviews.5.
