Wellness Engineer (Penang)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Wellness Engineer to join our team. This role involves performing installation, maintenance, and repair of wellness-related systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, practical experience, and good communication skills to provide effective service and support to customers.Job ResponsibilitiesInstallation: Install water and air purification systems at customer sites. Maintenance (Rental Service): Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure system efficiency. Repair (After-Service): Diagnose and fix any technical issues in the equipment. Customer Service: Assist customers by explaining system functions and basic upkeep. Technical Support: Offer guidance to customers and internal teams on product usage and servicing. In-House Repair: Handle complex repair work at the service center.Repossession Duties: Manage the return of units with overdue payments or assist in payment collection.Job RequirementsMinimum qualification: Primary/Secondary School, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Engineering. At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Background in maintenance or repair roles is preferred. Good command of English and Malay, both spoken and written. Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
