Job Description

As an Executive – Strategic Alliances, you will play a vital role in developing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with key partners, creating mutually beneficial agreements, and driving collaboration to achieve business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners and alliances that align with the company’s goals and objectives, including conducting market research and assessing opportunities across various industries.Work directly with CXOs and VPs to develop strategic partnership plans that outline goals, deliverables, and success metrics.Support the CEO by managing the calendar, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, and preparing briefing materials, presentations, and reports.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, fostering open communication and collaboration to ensure partnership success.Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements, defining terms, conditions, and mutual expectations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic partnership plans with measurable outcomes.Monitor the performance of partnerships and alliances by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting outcomes to senior management.Identify potential risks or challenges within partnerships and develop effective mitigation strategies.Stay informed on industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance existing partnerships.Effectively communicate the value and impact of strategic partnerships to internal teams and external stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.Proven experience in strategic partnership development and management.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.Project management experience will be an added advantage.
