Senior Specialist, Structured Finance

StriveX is partnering with a leading corporate bank in Southeast Asia, who is seeking a highly skilled Structured Finance Specialist to join their team. This role will play a key part in driving deal origination and execution across the region. Key Duties and Responsibilities:Lead transaction workstreams including financial modeling, credit analysis, and due diligence.Drive structuring discussions and recommend optimal financing solutions.Review and validate financial models prepared by junior team members.Prepare and review credit memos and internal presentations for screening and credit committees.Present transactions to internal committees and address senior management queries.Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Risk, CMD) and external advisors.Lead negotiations on term sheets and financing documentation under senior guidance.Identify new business opportunities, prepare client proposals, and participate in client meetings.Provide market insights and contribute to strategic initiatives.Oversee monitoring of existing projects and ensure timely reporting.Guide and train junior team members on modeling, credit analysis, and execution.Skills & Experience Required6–8 years of experience in Leveraged Finance, or Structured Finance within a bank or advisory firm.Strong analytical skills with advanced financial modeling expertise.Deep understanding of credit analysis, risk assessment, and project finance structures.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.Origination mindset with commercial awareness; ESG knowledge is a plus.
