We specifically blend marketing with a consulting service model that enables clients to identify and overcome the biggest growth challenges.Role:The Senior Strategist is a crucial role that will enable us to drive growth and build strong, meaningful relationships with both existing and potential clients. Specifically, this entails:Leading business development efforts, including prospecting, pitching, and proposing to new clients.Building rapport and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.Developing and implementing creative and effective digital strategies informed by insights and research.Managing both existing sales pipelines and identifying new business opportunities.Collaborating to create impactful proposals and presentations for potential partnerships.This role demands a mastery level of business development, relationship management, digital strategy, proposal writing, market analysis, and sales pipeline management. You'll also work in a fast-paced environment with amazing people, where you’ll have the opportunity to make an immense impact.Responsibilities:External:Develop and manage relationships with clients and prospects to ensure ongoing success.Create, pitch, and execute digital strategies that meet client objectives.Consistently deliver high-quality, detailed proposals that align with client needs.Internal:Maintain up-to-date records in HubSpot, including timely deal pipeline updates.Develop and share training materials to enhance team skills and processes.Track performance metrics and report on outcomes to drive continuous improvement.Actively collaborate with the team to implement new ideas and innovations.Results:Maintain and grow the sales pipeline to meet company targets.Ensure timely delivery of proposals and responses to client communications.Minimize declined sales briefs by producing accurate and thorough proposals.Maintain HubSpot hygiene with accurate and timely updates.Requirements:Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic responses.Location:Hybrid Kuala Lumpur, MalaysiaBenefits:Primal believes people are at the center of every success story.
