Manage Internal systems, & cloud infrastructure.Managing Virtualization technologies: VMware and MicrosoftStrong hands-on troubleshooting and deployment Windows Server 2012,2016 and 2019Active Directory, DNS, DHCPSAN/NAS storage administration.Troubleshoot advanced network/systems issues reported by users to ensure providing excellent service to internal and external customers.Ensure that all server hardware, operating systems, software and procedures aligned with organizational standards and strategic business plan.Install and configure routers, switches, and various transmission mediaSupport LANs, WANs, network segments, software deployment, security updates, patches Internet, intranet systems and firewalls.Cooperate with Applications team to ensure smooth and safe operationsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, or related field5 to 7 years of experience in system administrationvery well knowledge about active directory, group policy, vSphere, VCenter, VMWare solutions, WSUS, NAS, SAN and Backup solutions.Good knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructureGood Knowledge at VMwareGood Knowledge at Active directory and DNS, DHCP, File serverGood Knowledge at Storage (Veeam and Qnap)Knowledge of various Linux distributions is a plusSoft Skills/ core:Customer-oriented and cool-temperedExcellent communication & follow up skillsProblem-solving skills, and creative thinkingProfessional personality and positive attitudeTechnical Skills/ CoreProvide technical support for Hardware and Software IssuesAbility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issuesAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbalA strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
