Job Description1.Talent Acquisition ExecutionLead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions, ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines.Conduct behavioral, competency-based interviews and partner with hiring managers to validate selection decisions.2.Advanced Sourcing & Market IntelligenceUtilize multiple sourcing channels (headhunting, LinkedIn, networking, referrals) to build strong talent pools.Analyze talent market trends and provide recommendations for sourcing strategies.3.Employer Branding SupportContribute to execution of employer branding activities such as social media content, career events, and internal campaigns.Represent Deli professionally at job fairs, career workshops, and networking events.4.Recruitment Process Quality & OptimizationReview and improve job descriptions for clarity, competency alignment, and market attractiveness.Support optimization of recruitment workflows, tools, and documentation for enhanced candidate experience.5.Mentoring & Team CollaborationProvide on-job coaching and technical guidance to junior recruiters.Collaborate closely with HR Team to ensure recruitment aligns with organizational frameworks.Requirements3+ years of recruitment experiencePreference for candidates with experience in the stationery industry or FMCG trading companiesKnowledge of or training in human resource management and labor psychologyIn-depth knowledge of employer branding, talent retention, and labor market data analysisBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fieldsProficient in software such as Excel and HR management systemsAbility to use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other Internet toolsEnglish or Chinese communication skillsBenefitsBasic salary: 17–21 million/month (negotiable based on experience and capabilities)Other bonuses (monthly, quarterly, KPI, etc.) according to company policyHoliday bonuses, year-end bonuses, and gifts for special occasions, condolences, and other employee care programsParticipation in company activities (Annual company trip, Company birthday, Year-end party, etc.)Friendly and fair working environment, always aligned with work objectivesFlexible attendance policyBenefits according to current labor laws, including social insurance upon becoming official staffContact: tuyendung@delivietnam.com.vnAddress: 7F - 789 Building, 147 Hoàng Quốc Việt, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội
