As senior travel executive - online travel solutions, you will oversee both travel operations and digital marketing. Responsibilities include itinerary planning, vendor coordination, booking management, digital campaign execution, website content management, and strategic client servicing. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about travel and digital communications.Key deliverables / responsibilities Travel operations Manage daily bookings for fits, groups & corporate clients Craft customized travel itineraries and client proposals Coordinate with vendors for transport, accommodation, and activities Ensure timely confirmations, quality service, and smooth travel experiences Maintain accurate booking records, documents, and payments Support clients pre-departure and during travel Collaborate with the digital team to update travel content and backend info Assist in preparing professional travel documents and presentations Digital marketing Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, seo, paid ads & email Create content calendars and work with creative teams for rollout Manage social media channels, engagement & messaging Run ad campaigns on meta, google & linkedin with focus on roi Optimize website content for seo and user experience Track performance via tools like google analytics & meta insights Generate actionable reports and suggest data-driven improvements
